FAQ 1 – Am I flexible enough to do Yoga?

Many people tell me they would like to start their yoga journey but they believe they’re not flexible or strong enough. You worry you will not be able to follow the class, you get intimidated by other students with their perfect yoga mats and props, etc. There are so many stories running through your heads 🙂 But that’s okay! I’ve got your back. I was once in that spot and trust me, my first yoga class was no smooth sailing but with time and patience I became confident enough to get on my mat.I believe anybody at any stage of life can start their yoga practice. So, no! You do not need to be flexible to start doing yoga. Yoga will improve your body’s flexibility with time and practice 🙂 And you will enjoy the journey…


FAQ 2 – What styles of yoga are there?
